These terms apply to your use of faridmahmudlu.dev (the “website”), operated by Farid Mahmudlu. By using the website you agree to them.

Purpose

The website is a personal portfolio that presents my professional background and projects. It is provided for information only. Visiting the website or sending me an email does not create a contract or any obligation to provide services.

Use of content

Unless stated otherwise, all content is © Farid Mahmudlu.

You may:

  • view and share links to any page;
  • quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page;
  • let search engines and AI answer engines index, summarise and cite the content, provided the information is attributed and not misrepresented.

You may not:

  • copy the design, source code or visuals of the website, in whole or substantial part;
  • republish substantial parts of the content as your own;
  • use the content to impersonate me or to misrepresent my experience.

Names, logos and screenshots of products I have worked on belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt or overload the website, gain unauthorised access to it, or collect data at a rate that degrades its availability. Automated access must respect robots.txt. Good-faith security research is welcome within the rules of the security policy.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. I aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information is complete and up to date.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for damages arising from the use of the website. This does not limit liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for harm to life, physical integrity or health (Section 6:152 of the Hungarian Civil Code).

Linked websites are governed by their own terms. I am not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Where legally permissible, the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction.
